Former MNA Jadam Mangrio dies due to coronavirus

A former member of the National Assembly Jadam Mangrio has passed away due to the global coronavirus.

He had been undergoing treatment in Karachi for the past several days.

According to details, Jadam Mangrio belonged to the Umerkot district. He has remained MNA, Advisor to Minerals, and Minister of State for Railways.

In 24 hours, 59 people have died from the coronavirus whereas the number of deaths rose to 7,803. In addition to this, the number of confirmed cases in Pakistan reached 382,892.

According to the latest statistics of NCOC, 3,099 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, 115,786 in Punjab, 166,033 in Sindh, 45,314 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and 16,000 in Balochistan. 891, 4,573 in Gilgit-Baltistan, 27,979 in Islamabad and 6,316 in Azad Kashmir.

So far, over 52,97,703 people have been tested across the country, 41,583 new tests have been done in the last 24 hours. On the contrary, 332,974 patients have recovered while the condition of 1,867 patients is critical.
