Prime Minister Imran Khan has on Sunday (today) appreciated unending and tireless efforts of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) for regional and national security.
During his visit to ISI headquarters in Islamabad, PM Imran has expressed his satisfaction over professional preparedness of ISI.
Director General ISI Lieutenant General Faiz Hamid received the Prime Minister, federal ministers, services chiefs, and other military officers.
A comprehensive briefing was given to National and Military leadership on the regional and national security situation.
The Prime Minister, along with Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Minister for Planning Asad Umar, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee General Nadeem Raza, Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Air Staff Air Chief Marshal Mujahid Anwar Khan, Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Muhammad Amjad Khan Niazi and Chief of General Staff Lieutenant General Sahir Shamshad Mirza visited ISI Headquarters today (Sunday).
Earlier in a day, Prime Minister Imran Khan once again slammed Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) for holding jalsa, despite increasing deadly virus across the country.
In a series of tweets, PM Khan said, without directly mentioning the name, that they think this is their last means of pressuring for NRO.
The premier said, “Having never worked a day in their lives, their “shahi” lifestyles are directly dependent on saving their families ill-gotten, illegally acquired wealth through robbing & impoverish the nation.”
Khan also expressed concern that they (PDM) want jalsas when we need smart lockdown, “So when we did smart lockdown to save our poor from becoming destitute & save the economy from total collapse, these “leaders” opposed & demanded complete lockdown. Now, with new spike, when we again need smart lockdown, they want jalsas not caring for the lives & safety of people.”
In fact not only do these "leaders" lack any empathy with the masses, their families looted national wealth to further impoverish our masses. These entitled "leaders" living like royalty in their secluded mansions, have simply inherited their positions because of their families.
