On this occasion, the Chief of Naval in his address underscored responsibility & challenges entrusted upon newly commissioned officers. He also congratulated them and advised them to be grateful to Allah Almighty, remain resolute in taking up the sacred task of defending their motherland & put in their best to live up to the expectations of the nation.
