The Punjab government has imposed a complete ban on dining in hotels, cafes and restaurants.
According to details, in view of the increasing cases of the coronavirus, the Punjab government has imposed a complete ban on dining across the province, the Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care has issued a notification.
Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care Capt (retd) Muhammad Usman said in a statement that restaurants, hotels and all kinds of food points can make arrangements for food and drink only in open spaces.
The Secretary Primary and Secondary Healthcare said that seating arrangements for meals would be made in accordance with the SOPs while maintaining social distance while tables and chairs for seating would be kept at appropriate distances according to the SOPs.
Captain (Retd) Muhammad Usman also said that SOPs issued for prevention of corona would have to be followed even in open spaces.
The Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care said that SOPs such as wearing masks, washing hands frequently, touching any surface unnecessarily and maintaining social distance would be strictly enforced.
Captain (Retd) Muhammad Usman also said that all SOPs issued for protection from Corona should be complied with and it should be remembered that all business hours are already fixed at 10 pm.
Secretary Primary and Secondary Health Care Captain (Retd) Muhammad Usman further said that the people are requested not to go out of the house unnecessarily, stay at home, stay safe.
