Vice President of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Maryam Nawaz visited the Garhi Khuda Bukhsh graveyard of the Bhutto family on Monday.

She was accompanied by Pakistan Peoples’ Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and his sister Aseefa Bhutto Zardari. Moreover, Muhammad Safdar, PML-N leaders Marriyam Aurangzeb and Pervez Rasheed, PPP’s Sherry Rehman, and others accompanied Nawaz.

According to details, they offered Fatiha and laid a floral wreath on the grave offormer Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto. 

Bilawal Zardari drove his car with Maryam sitting in the front seat from the Bilawal House in Naudero to Garhi Khuda Bakhsh.

It is pertinent to mention that Maryam Nawaz arrived in Sukkur on Saturday at 4:00 pm.

Ahead of 11-party opposition alliance Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) in Larkana on the occasion of Benazir Bhutto’s 13th death anniversary, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz said the demise of Mohtarma Benazir is a national tragedy of Pakistan.

Addressing the large PDM Larkana gathering on Sunday, Maryam Nawaz thanked the masses over their warm welcome and also prayed for the departed souls of Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto.

The demise of Mohtarma Benazir is not a wound only on your hearts, but this tragedy hurts us as well, said the PML-N leader. She also paid a glowing tribute to the shaheed father-daughter duo.

She further added, PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif was among the few people who was informed about Benazir’s death.

“I love my father’s ideology, I love my country, Pakistan,” she said, adding despite being political rivals, the PDM leadership is united on one stage as a family.
