Foreign Minister (FM) Shah Mahmood Qureshi on Tuesday said that the opposition’s narrative has been rejected and Prime Minister Imran Khan enjoys public support.

According to the details, in his recent statement, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that opposition’s narrative to bring the government under pressure has become ineffective

He said Prime Minister Imran Khan enjoys public support; therefore, why he should resign on the desire of the Pakistan Democratic Movement PDM.

In addition to this, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that Pakistan is not facing any pressure to recognize Israel. He said Pakistan’s stance on Israel is clear, and we stick to it.

Shah Mahmood Qureshi said India is using its land against Pakistan. He said India is training terrorists and sponsoring banned organizations. He said the EU DisinfoLab has unveiled India’s nefarious designs about Pakistan.


Moreover, the Minister said Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have deep, historical and fraternal ties.

He said a high level Saud delegation, including the Saudi Foreign Minister, will be visiting Pakistan soon, which reflects that Pakistan-Saudi Arabia relations are further strengthening.

It may be recalled that Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan and Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Maliki last week, exchanged views on bilateral relations, regional situation, and issues of common interest

Prime Minister Imran Khan underlined that Pakistan and Saudi Arabia had historic and deep-rooted fraternal ties, which stood the test of time.

Both also discussed bilateral cooperation and the ways to tackle the COVID-19 situation collectively.

The resolve to further strengthen the strong, longstanding Pakistan-Saudi Arabia fraternal ties was reaffirmed. The two agreed to enhance bilateral ties and continue close collaboration on all issues of mutual interest.
