
Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), General Qamar Bajwa called on Prime Minister Imran Khan.
According to the spokesperson of the Prime Minister’s House, Prime Minister Imran Khan had a meeting with Army Chief General Qamar Bajwa in which the security situation in the country was discussed.
During the meeting, the unfortunate Machh, Balochistan incident was highly condemned. Both the dignitaries resolved to bring the perpetrators of Machh incident to justice.
The continuous human rights violations in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu & Kashmir (IIOJK) and the frequent ceasefire violations over the Line of Control (LOC) also came under discussion.
Director General ISI Lt. Gen. Faiz Hamid was also present during the meeting.
