Prime Minister Imran Khan reaches South Waziristan

Prime Minister Imran Khan has reached South Waziristan on an official visit.

According to the details, the Prime Minister Imran Khan is in South Waziristan today as part of his vision of greater emphasis on the development of tribal districts.

The Prime Minister will perform the ground breaking of the extension project of Cadet College Wana.

He will also distribute cheques amongst the deserving families under Ehsaas Kafalat program. On the occasion, he will be briefed about the digital survey of Ehsaas program.

In Wana, the Prime Minister will also meet the tribal notables. He will distribute cheques amongst the successful applicants of Kamyab Jawan Loan Scheme and Youth Internship Scheme.

Imran Khan will inaugurate a hospital laced with modern facilities at Mola Khan Sarai and also meet the local notables there.

The premier will be accompanied by his aides Usman Dar, Sania Nishtar, Shehbaz Gill, federal minister Ali Amin Gandapur, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) governor and chief minister.

Prime Minister’s Special Assistant on Youth Affairs Usman Dar said this week that empowering youth and creation of employment opportunities for them are top priorities of the government.

He was talking to Chief of Social Policy, UNICEF Louis Gorjan who called on him in Islamabad today (Friday). They discussed in detail the partnership between the Prime Minister’s Successful Kamyab Jawan Program and UNICEF.

Louis Gorjan expressed desire to partner with Kamyab Jawan Program to work for the betterment of Pakistani youth. He said we are ready to extend technical and financial assistance for survey being conducted for the youth.
