PTI files foreign funding petition against JUI-F in ECP

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has filed a petition on foreign funding petition against Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP).

As per the details, PTI member Farrukh Habib has lashed out at JUI-F leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman and other members. He said that former JUI-F leader has admitted that party chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and other members had got funds from different countries.

He added that Fazlur Rehman will provide details of his party’s funds.

Habib further said, “Leaders such as Hafiz Hussain Ahmad are now making revelations that Maulana Fazlur Rehman had received foreign funding from Libya and Iraq.”

Apart from that, Farrukh Habib said that it is actually opposition parties who laid the foundation of the foreign funding in Pakistan.

Calling Fazlur Rehman A Maulana Is A Crime: Imran Khan

Prime Minister Imran Khan called the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) a movement full of thieves while giving an exclusive interview to BOL News senior journalists Sami Abraham and Jameel Farooqui.

Imran Khan said that JUI-F leader Fazlur Rehman is the biggest corrupt politician of Pakistan and calling him Maulana is a disgrace.

“They blame everyone else on corruption”, PM Khan said.

“Fazlur Rehman has no money then how does he buy his properties?”
