Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has reaffirmed Pakistan’s determination for peace and stability in the region.

According to the details, the Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi, while making an important statement regarding the regional situation and politics, said that the Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf and its allies will fight the no-confidence motion in a political, democratic and parliamentary manner and defeat the opposition.

Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the key politicians of Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) despite of being under one leadership have different political views and their politics is doomed to fail.

The Foreign Minister said that after every Senate election, various parties made allegations of horse trading and raised questions on the transparency of the elections.

He said that when the issue brought to light in the last Senate elections, Prime Minister Imran Khan took disciplinary action against about 20 PTI members, which no party has done before in history.

Moreover, Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that the world community acknowledges the role played by Pakistan to facilitate the Afghan peace process. The Foreign Minister regretted that India has not reciprocated to peace overtures of Prime Minister Imran Khan. Shah Mahmood Qureshi said Kashmir is an internationally recognized dispute.  He said India has been violating the basic human rights of Kashmiri people over a long period of time.

The Foreign Minister said Pakistan is consistently apprising the world that Kashmir is a flash-point and its immediate and permanent solution is must for regional peace and stability.

It should be mentioned here that Kashmiris on both sides of the Line of Control and the world over will observe the Indian Republic Day as Black Day on Tuesday.

The black day will be marked to draw the international community’s attention towards unlawful and forcible Indian occupation of Jammu and Kashmir.

It also aims to apprise the world of the continued brutalities and custodial killing of innocent Kashmiris and the unabated massive violations of human rights by Indian occupying forces in the Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K).
