Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar on Sunday said that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf government is focusing on the development of Sough Punjab.
He said in a statement that the district authorities are ensuring the provision of basic facilities to the general masses. He also announced that local bodies election will be held soon in Punjab to resolve the issues of the people at the local level.
Earlier this month, Buzdar said that only progressive politics will survive in the country now onwards.
According to the details, the Chief Minister said this while meeting Federal Minister Sahabzada Mehboob Sultan, Member National Assembly (MNA) Ameer Sultan, Members Provincial Assembly (MPAs) from Punjab Rana Shahbaz Ahmad and Mian Muhammad Asif Kathia today.
Punjab Assembly Chief Whip Syed Abbas Ali Shah was also present on the occasion. Usman Buzdar listened to the problems of their constituencies and gave instructions for solutions on the spot.
During the meeting, CM Punjab said that the opposition should wait until 2023 after Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) badly failed in the politics of resignations.
He said that, “The government foiled every conspiracy against the Imran Khan led Government’s mandate. Negative tactics of the opposition against public progress will not be tolerated.”
