Govt trying to disturb peaceful election campaign of opposition, says Maryam
Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz vice-President Maryam Nawaz claimed that Pakistan’s Tehreek-e-Insaf Government is trying to disturb the peaceful election campaign of opposition parties.
She addressed media before leaving for Wazirabad for leading the election campaign for the PP-51 by-election.
She claimed that Prime Minister Imran Khan has given tickets to billionaires for the Senate election.
Nawaz added that Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Yousaf Raza Gillani is a joint candidate of the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) for Senate elections.
Apart from that, she said that it was important for her to leave for abroad for the surgery. But, she said that she will not submit an application to remove her name from the Exit Control List.
Maryam Nawaz earlier said that Imran Khan is not alone in looting the country, there are a gang of thieves behind him.
Addressing an election rally of PML-N for by-polls in NA-75 constituency in Daska, PML-N Vice President Maryam Nawaz has said that this is not just an election, it is an ongoing war against those who steal elections.’
