Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz criticized the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government and asked the people to give their electricity bills when government candidates came to seek votes.
Addressing a rally in Wazirabad in connection with the by-election campaign for the Punjab Assembly seat, Maryam Nawaz said that no party other than PML-N had served Wazirabad.
She said that when the representative of PTI and Imran Khan came to ask for votes, ask them about one crore jobs which they offered before the general elections.
Maryam Nawaz said that we, the followers of PML-N and Nawaz Sharif, respect our opponents.
she said that when she raised voice for Punjab in Daska the government accused her of playing Punjabi card, “Maryam is the daughter of Punjab. Why not talk about Punjab, Maryam is the daughter of Pakistan,” she added.
He said that Punjab of Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif has not only become destitute but also orphaned.
He said that the country has collapsed and Nawaz Sharif is needed to reprimand things.
Criticizing the government, she said that Imran Khan and his government stole flour, Imran Khan stole flour of 225 billion rupees.
She He said that electricity was getting expensive because those who were carrying the expenses of Imran Khan had deliberately procured expensive LNG and robbed LNG of Rs 122 billion.
She added that Imran Khan stole Rs 500 billion worth of medicines, borrowed Rs 15,000 billion and did not lay a single brick.
