Coalition Allies remind PM of his promises, urged to give ‘trust’ back

The coalition allies on Saturday took to the floor after Imran Khan successfully obtained the vote of confidence in the National Assembly and reminded him of his promises, adding that, ‘It is now PM’s turn to give his trust back to the people.’

According to the details, Prime Minister Imran Khan showed his strength and secured 178 votes to win the vote of confidence from the National Assembly. Soon after his win, the coalition party members asked the Prime Minister to stand by them now.

Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) leader Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that MQM (P) stood by the government and will stand by no matter what.

He promised to stand side by side with the Prime Minister with an aim to make Pakistan just as the founding fathers dreamt.

Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination and Grand Democratic Alliance (GDA) leader Fahmida Mirza said since Imran Khan took office, Pakistan was suffering from various challenges including, FATF, LoC violation, economy and the Covid-19 pandemic that later changed the economic conditions of Pakistan.

Fahmida Mirza has said that “I congratulate the Prime Minister, we are with you for the continuity of democracy.”

The GDA leader Fahmida Mirza said that Prime Minister Imran Khan got more votes than before. She said that “All the coalition parties once again voted for the Prime Minister. Coalition parties are a huge force in any government.”
