Egg, Ink thrown at Dr Shahbaz Gill outside Lahore High Court

Ink and an egg were thrown at Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Political Communication Dr Shahbaz Gill as he arrived Lahore High Court on Monday.

According to the details, a Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz worker threw ink and an egg on Prime Minister’s spokesperson Shahbaz Gill face in the premises of the Lahore High Court.

Soon after the incident, a clash took place between Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz workers.

Addressing media in the premises of Lahore High Court, Dr Shahbaz Gill said that, “We do not react in the same as Opposition, they are on the verge of bullying.” He said that  anti-Government alliance was humiliated in the Senate and stressed that the corrupt will be held accountable.

Before arriving to Lahore High Court, Gill mentioned in his tweet that he was going to appear before the LHC and there were reports that miscreants of PML-N workers have prepared to attack him in the court. However, he termed himself a soldier of Prime Minister Imran Khan and said such tact would not be able to deter his resolve.

The Special Assistant had also aid that it is hypocrisy to celebrate rejected votes in the Lower House and cry foul in the Upper House. He termed the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) alliance as unnatural.
