Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz appeared before National Accountability Court today.
Both have appeared in the money laundering case. Proceedings were recorded on the testimony of NAB witness Tanvir Hussain.
Authorities have been asked to administer coronavirus vaccine to Shehbaz Sharif and submit the medical reports.
The court has adjourned the hearing till March 26.
Earlier in February, The Lahore High Court (LHC) approved bail plea of the Opposition Leader in Punjab Assembly and Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shehbaz in money laundering case.
According to the details, during the hearing, the court directed to release Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader from the Kot Lakhpat Jail.
Fazal Dad Abbasi and Muhammad Shoaib Qamar allegedly aided, abetted and facilitated their co-accused including Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, Hamza Shahbaz Sharif etc by way of providing channel/services for laundering money by arranging false and fictitious entries of foreign remittances sent by various individuals to accused Hamza Shahbaz Shahirf, Suleman Shahbaz Sharif.
