The future of Prime Minister Imran Khan and the fake government depends on its performance, said Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz on Sunday.
While addressing the youth convention in Lahore, Maryam Nawaz said that PM Imran has to answer for his party’s incompetency, not the PDM.
The PDM will not allow the incumbent PTI government to leave so easily, added the Vice President.
She further said, “[Nawaz Sharif] was removed in 2017 on false allegations.”
“Even today, when they have to strike against Nawaz Sharif, they have to arrest his brother and summon his daughter before NAB in a political case,” Maryam added.
The PML-N vice president added, “When the government tired of all other allegations” NAB has accused her of “speaking against institutions.”
PDM is united enough to tackle the government and will surely demand a proper response from them, added Maryam Nawaz.
Furthermore, She said NAB is mistaken if it believes it will scare her. “I lived in a death cell by myself,” added the leader.
“I am not like Imran Khan with an armed police guard standing outside for a getaway by climbing over the wall,” Maryam said.
Earlier in the day, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman called on Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) vice president Maryam Nawaz and Opposition Leader of Punjab Hamza Shehbaz in Jati Umrah on here Sunday (today).
The leaders discussed the future strategy about long march and resignations from a parliament.
It is important to mention that PDM had postponed the long march after former President Asif Ali Zardari refused to resign from the assemblies.
Asif Zardari had earlier asked the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif to return to Pakistan for the conclusive political battle.
“Mass resignations will only strengthen the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government.”
“If Nawaz Sharif is serious in his battle for democracy, then he should fly back to the country,” added Zardari.
Maryam Nawa had replied that just like you are on the video link, Nawaz Sharif is also on the video link.
She expressed concern that Nawaz Sharif’s life is in danger in the custody of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
“My father has had two heart attacks in jail,” Maryam said.
