Numerous posters having photos carrying pictures of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan, Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa and Hurriyat leaders including Syed Ali Gilani, displayed in the Indian Occupied Kashmir on account of Pakistan Day.
According to the media reports, the flag of Pakistan was also hoisted along with posters of Pakistan Day Mubarak in various areas of Occupied Kashmir including Srinagar.
The posters were displayed by Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Alliance and Ahl-e-Jammu and Kashmir, Kashmir Resistance Movement, Kashmir Hurriyet Youth Forum and Jammu and Kashmir Justice League.
Media reports said that these posters are a message to India that it cannot weaken the Kashmiris’ liberation movement through its military occupation and brutalities.
Earlier today, Pakistan Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi also expressed solidarity with Kashmiris on Pakistan Day.
In his message, the Foreign Minister said that 23rd March is an important landmark in the history of our nation. He said that Today, we also express solidarity and support to our Kashmiri brothers and sisters in their just struggle for the right to self-determination as enshrined in the relevant United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Resolutions.
