Maulana Fazlur Rehman, president of the Democratic Movement (PDM), has said that no member of the opposition will attend tomorrow’s session of the National Assembly.
According to details, PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman while addressing a press conference in Sukkur said that the president had written the reason for convening the meeting that the prime minister had lost the majority.
The PDM chief said that the meeting would have no political significance after the non-participation of the opposition and therefore the PDM would not attend tomorrow’s meeting.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman also said that this government has lost credibility adding that there is no government in Pakistan at the moment so new elections should be announced immediately.
The PDM chief said that Imran Khan was calling his own members of the Assembly vendible and now they would take a vote of confidence from them while it became clear in Imran Khan’s speech that he had lost his nerve.
The PDM chief said that the ruling party was in a dilemma and now new elections should be declared in the country while without the participation of the opposition this meeting would have no credibility.
Maulana Fazlur Rehman also said that Imran Khan is blaming the Election Commission, the real issue is Imran Khan has been accused by the Election Commission in a foreign funding case.
PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman further said that we will announce our decisions very soon while decisions on all issues will be taken in a unanimous meeting.
