Taking to Twitter, the Prime Minister said that it is due to the efforts of Shaukat Khanun Memorial Cancer Hospital Lahore that it has been re-accreditated by the US Joint Commission International in its 7th edition of more stringent standards.
“Congratulations to SKM team for another milestone. SKMCH&RC Lahore has been re-accredited by US Joint Commission International. PM Imran further added that presently there are very few hospitals globally that have been judged against these exacting measures.
It is a gt achievement bec this time the Hospital was surveyed against new & far more stringent standards set by the JCI in its 7th edition of standards. Presently, there are fewer than fifty hospitals in the entire world that have been judged against these exacting measures.
