PM Imran Prays For President Alvi’s Swift Recovery During A Call

Prime Minister Imran Khan and President Dr Arif Alvi held a telephonic conversation today.

The premier asked about President’s health as he had tested positive for Coronavirus on Monday.

Arif Alvi, during his conversation, agreed with PM Imran that the third COVID wave is quite terrible than the previous two and also urged the masses to strictly follow SOPs.

The Prime Minister, however, prayed for his swift recovery and all extend sincere wishes.

Moreover, President Dr Arif Alvi feels humbled after receiving a number of sincere wishes and prayers after testing positive for COVID-19 on Monday.

Taking to his Twitter handle, the President extend thankfulness to all the well-wishers and said that “Of course so many praying for me I feel better today”.

He further wrote, “I am overwhelmed & humbled by good wishes & prayers, that I believe create a palpable aura of healing. Of course with so many praying for me I feel better today. PM called sharing his experience. Advised rest, sleep & soups. Will try to thank each one of you from @ArifAlviUpdates.”

Yesterday, President Dr Arif Alvi has tested positive for the novel Coronavirus and urged everyone to be very careful.

He wrote in his tweet, “I have tested positive for Covid-19. May Allah have mercy on all Covid affectees. Had 1st dose of vaccine،but antibodies start developing after 2nd dose that was due in a week. Please continue to be careful.”

President Alvi has also prayed for all the COVID-19 affectees and urged the masses to stay very careful as the new wave is more serious than the previous two.

Previously, the President of Pakistan and First Lady Samina Alvi had received shots of COVID-19 vaccine doses in Islamabad.

The President had said that he got himself registered on the Helpline 1166 and received the shots as per turn.
