As the Senate Elections are just two days ahead, Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to take charge of the situation in his hands.

According to the sources, Imran Khan has decided to spend spending the remaining days ahead of the polls at the Parliament’s chamber.

The sources further said that the weekly cabinet meeting is also likely to be delayed owing to the Senate elections.

On the other hand, former President Asif Ali Zardari has also reached Islamabad from Karachi.

According to sources, Asif Ali Zardari will stay in Islamabad till the Senate elections and will consult party leaders on the Senate elections.

The Supreme Court, while issuing its opinion on the presidential reference regarding holding Senate elections through the open ballot or secret ballot, said that Senate elections will be held under the constitution, Senate elections cannot be held through the open ballot.
