On account of Pakistan Day, Governor Sindh Imran Ismail and Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah along with his cabinet visited the mausoleum of the founder of the nation Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.

According to the details, the leadership offered Fateha and laid a floral wreath on the Mazar-e-Quaid.

Speaking on the occasion, Governor Sindh Imran Ismail said that under the leadership of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, Muslims had started the struggle for a free and independent homeland which became a reality in the form of Pakistan.

He said that love of homeland is a natural passion which is found in every human being, adding that the religion Islam not only respects this natural spirit of love for the homeland but also provides a peaceful environment in which a person can serve his homeland well.

The Governor said that the security and development of the country lie in giving priority to the interests of the country over personal interests, keeping the country free from all forms of corruption and malfeasance, and trying to spread peace and order in the society.

Imran Ismail said that regardless of the fact that both Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) have political differences, but both parties want the prosperity and development of the Sindh.

He said that both parties are on the same page for the solution to Sindh’s problems. On the other hand, Chief Minister Sindh, Murad Ali Shah said his provincial government is working hard to serve the people of Sindh and added that his government supports the move of the federal government to resolve Karachi’s problems.
