Pakistan’s foreign exchange reserves have reached a four-year high, says a special assistant to the Prime Minister on political communication Shahbaz Gill.

As per the details, Shahbaz Gill tweeted Friday morning that the reserves have increased to $16 billion.

He mentioned the values of foreign exchange reserves in 2008, 2018, and 2021.

In another tweet, Gill criticized former finance minister Ishaq Dar, saying, “There was a time when a fraudulent finance minister like Ishaq Dar blew 8 billion from the Foreign Reserve to appease his leader and show fake performance, bringing the country’s economy to the brink of disaster.”
