Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif’s bail petition has been fixed by Lahore High Court (LHC) on Saturday.
As per the details, a two-member bench consisting of Justice Sarfraz Dogar and Justice Javaid Ghural will hear the petition on April 13, 2021.
The bench has asked Chairman and DG National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to submit a response whereas Azam Nazeer Tarar will represent Shehbaz Sharif.
Sharif has requested in his plea to release him on bail as he has provided all records regarding allegations of money laundering and anti-craft watchdog.
Earlier in March, the opposition leader Shehbaz Sharif and his son Hamza Shahbaz appeared before National Accountability Court.
Both have appeared in the money laundering case. Proceedings were recorded on the testimony of NAB witness Tanvir Hussain.
