Anti-Covid vaccination for the age group 50 to 59 years will begin from April 21, 2021.
This has been announced by Federal Minister for planning Asad Umar in a recent tweet.
Asad Umar has once again encouraged everyone to get themselves registered for the vaccination.
“Decision was taken in today’s NCOC meeting to start vaccination of people in the age group of 50 to 59 from Wednesday the 21st of April. Would once again encourage everyone to register for the vaccination.”

The next phase of vaccination had started in early March in Pakistan as people aged 60 and above were given vaccine jabs.
Senior-most citizens were vaccinated first, announced Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on National Health Services Dr. Faisal Sultan.
Healthcare workers and those to get vaccines were urged by Dr. Faisal to protect themselves and others against the virus.
