ISLAMABAD: Ambassador of Qatar Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani in a Qatar National Ceremony spoke with the public about strengthening relations with Pakistan.
In his statement, he said that the remarkable historical relations between Qatar and Pakistan are based on strong foundations and cooperation in which significant progress has been made in recent years.
While addressing the Qatar National Day ceremony regarding the development he said that around 2 lakh 10 thousand Pakistanis are participating in the development of Qatar. Sheikh Saoud added that Qatar attaches importance to brotherly relations with Pakistan.
On the other hand, during Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s recent visit to Doha, Qatar announced an investment of 3 billion dollars in Pakistan.
Notably, the government of Pakistan has decided to gradually increase the number of Pakistanis working in Qatar.
