
MQM leader Rauf Siddiqui rushed to NICVD during court appearance
Former home minister of Sindh and MQM leader, Rauf Siddiqui was rushed to hospital during his appearance at Sindh High Court, Karachi on Monday.
Rauf Siddiqui was immediately taken to the National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases (NICVD), after suffering a severe heart attack and is undergoing treatment.
MQM leader, who underwent primary angioplasty had come to the High Court to pursue his case.
Rauf Siddiqui was brought to NICVD with a massive heart attack, which caused fluid to build up in his lungs.
After the procedure for fluid accumulation in the lungs, he has been put on a ventilator and will soon be shifted to the intensive care unit (ICU).
Rauf Siddiqui had been in the news recently after he invited former prime minister from PMLN Shahid Khaqan Abbasi to join MQM.
He stated that a middle-class party is the only solution for the development of the country.
