NADRA introduces centralized system to handle citizens’ complaints

National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) introduced a modernized system to quickly address rare complaints from its stakeholders.

The authority said the central system, dedicated to resolving issues efficiently, ensured swift action within a maximum of 7 days.

NADRA encouraged the persons with any concerns related to their services, facilities, or procedures to submit complaints conveniently through their online web portal or by getting out to the helpline.
