The NADRA B-Form, or Child Registration Certificate, is a fundamental identification document that records a person’s birth details, such as their name, parents’ names, date of birth, place of birth, and gender in the government’s records.
This certificate acts as proof of identity for children and is essential for accessing social welfare programs and school admissions. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is responsible for issuing the Child Registration Certificate, also referred to as the B-Form, for minors in Pakistan.
