Sindh revises schedule for matric and intermediate exams
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Lahore has announced the rescheduling of exams for six subjects for Class 9 due to a public holiday on September 17 in observance of Eid Miladun Nabi (PBUH).
Initially, the exams for Education, Al-Quran, and Geometrical & Technical Drawing in the first group, and History of Pakistan, History (Islam/Muslim), and Food & Nutrition in the second group were scheduled for September 17.
However, these exams have been postponed due to the holiday, which is celebrated with great religious enthusiasm across the country.
According to the revised schedule, the postponed exams will now be held on September 19, 2024 (Thursday), for both groups within the jurisdiction of BISE Lahore. Candidates are advised to arrive at their examination centers at least half an hour before the scheduled time: 08:30 AM for the first group and 01:30 PM for the second group.
Students should take note of this change to ensure they reach their respective centers on time and are fully prepared for their exams.
