The Juvenile Card is a special identity card issued by the National Database Registration Authority (NADRA) for children under 18. Unlike the Child Registration Certificate (CRC) on A-4 paper, the Juvenile Card is a chip-based document that provides multiple facilities and serves as an official identity card for minors.
To apply for a Juvenile Card, a parent or a blood relative with a valid National Identity Card (NIC) must be physically present at any NADRA Registration Center (NRC) to provide the child’s biometrics. Unfortunately, there is no online facility available for this process.
