Gold rate in Pakistan on Nov 1 down by Rs2,500 to Rs284,700/tola

KARACHI: Gold rate in Pakistan further decreased by Rs2,500 to Rs284,700 per tola in the local market on Friday (Nov 1).

The local Sarafa Associations said that similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold decreased by Rs2,144, taking it to Rs244,084.

In the international market also, the price of gold dropped by $25 on Friday, reaching $2,752 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.

Silver prices in the local market also dropped sharply by Rs20, with the precious metal trading at Rs3,430 per tola, reflecting the recent changes in gold prices.
