Severe tremors were felt in Quetta, with the earthquake measuring 3.2 on the Richter scale, according to the earthquake monitoring center.

After feeling the tremors, residents, frightened by the shaking, rushed out of their homes while reciting the Kalma Tayyiba.

The Seismological Center reported that the earthquake occurred at a depth of 15 kilometers, and its epicenter was located 66 kilometers northwest of Quetta.

It is worth noting that no reports of casualties or financial damage have been received from any part of Quetta due to the earthquake.

Earlier, A 4.3 magnitude earthquake struck Swat and nearby areas.

According to details, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 209 kilometers beneath the surface, with its epicenter located near the border region of Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan.

Just a few days ago, another earthquake was reported across several districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including Malakand, Swat, Chitral, Mansehra, Battagram, Torghar, Shangla, and surrounding areas.

The National Seismic Monitoring Centre in Islamabad recorded the earlier quake with a magnitude of 5.2 on the Richter scale, at a depth of 212 kilometers, and pinpointed its epicenter at the Afghanistan-Tajikistan border region. Tremors from that quake were also felt in Islamabad.
