A blast occurred on the Dalbandin highway in Nushki, resulting in the deaths of seven people and injuring 43 others.

Helicopters arrived in Nushki to transfer the injured personnel to Quetta CMH Hospital, while security forces cordoned off the area and launched an investigation.

According to security sources, terrorists carried out an IED explosion and a suicide attack on an FC convoy at Nushki this morning. Security forces immediately launched an effective counteroperation against the attacking terrorists.

Sources reported that in the initial response, three terrorists, along with the suicide bomber, were eliminated. In the cowardly suicide attack, three FC personnel and two civilians were martyred.

According to sources, security forces have cordoned off the area and launched a clearance operation. All escape routes for the terrorists have been blocked, and the operation will continue until the last terrorist is eliminated.

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti condemned the blast near the bus in Nushki and expressed deep sorrow over the loss of precious lives.

He stated that those who disrupt Balochistan’s peace would be brought to a dreadful end. He added that cowardly attacks would not weaken their resolve and that terrorists would find no place to hide.

Sarfraz Bugti stated that those who endanger the lives and property of the people would be brought to a dreadful end. He emphasized that there is no place for terrorists in Balochistan and that peace will be maintained at all costs. He warned enemy elements that the state would crush their nefarious ambitions.

The Chief Minister of Balochistan further declared that terrorists would be eliminated, and the fight against them would continue until the last terrorist is eradicated. He vowed to take every possible step to bring the enemies of peace to justice, adding that every individual in Balochistan is indebted to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for this sacred land.

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif strongly also condemned the blast near a security forces vehicle on the national highway near Nushki. She paid tribute to the eternal sacrifice of the martyrs in the attack, expressing condolences and sympathies with the bereaved families. She further prayed for the swift recovery of the injured.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi condemned the explosion near the bus on the Nushki-Dalbandin highway. He expressed heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased and prayed for the swift recovery of the injured.

On this occasion, Mohsin Naqvi stated that the government stands with the grieving families of the victims. He strongly condemned the targeting of innocent people, calling it the height of brutality.

Mohsin Naqvi further stated that the enemies of the country are engaged in a heinous conspiracy to destabilize the beloved homeland. He emphasized that such cowardly acts cannot weaken the nation’s strong resolve.
