Karachi robbery death toll rises to 31 in 2025

In Karachi, at least 31 people have been killed so far in 2025 while trying to resist robberies.

The latest victim was a man named Irfan from the Korangi area. He was shot in the leg during a robbery attempt in Zaman Town on Tuesday night.

He was taken to Jinnah Hospital for treatment and was later sent home. However, his condition got worse, and he was brought back to the hospital, where he passed away during treatment.

This tragic incident has raised the total number of people killed during robberies in Karachi this year to 31.

Just recently, on April 9, another man was killed during a robbery in the Landhi area. The victim, 22-year-old Manzoor, was shot by three robbers when he tried to resist them in Moeenabad, Landhi.
