
COAS Asim Munir visits CMH Rawalpindi to inquire of injured soldiers, civilians
Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Syed Asim Munir, visited Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Rawalpindi today.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Army Chief’s visit was aimed at checking on the well-being of the brave soldiers of the Pakistan Army and innocent civilians injured during Operation “Bunyan-un-Marsoos /Marka e Haq.”
ISPR stated that the Army Chief met each injured soldier individually, praised their exceptional courage, resilience, and sense of duty, and extended heartfelt wishes for their speedy recovery.
On this occasion, General Asim Munir remarked that the bravery and sacrifices of our citizens and soldiers are the foundation of Pakistan’s security. The entire nation stands in complete solidarity with every member of its Armed Forces.
He emphasized that no enemy, internal or external, can shake the resolve and determination of Pakistan’s Armed Forces.
The COAS further stated that during Operation “Bunyan-un-Marsoos /Marka e Haq,” the bold, coordinated, and unified response of Pakistan’s Armed Forces has written a glorious chapter in military history, while the unwavering support of the people has further strengthened national unity and solidarity.
ISPR added that General Syed Asim Munir reaffirmed his commitment to continue all possible efforts for the welfare, medical care, and rehabilitation of injured military personnel.
