Shahzada Zulfiqar

“Shahzada Zulfiqar formally started his career in 1989 by joining Lahore based Daily The Nation. Before that he remained associated as trainee reporter with Quetta based Balochistan Times and Later Islamabad’s esteemed paper The Muslim for almost a year. He did his master in 1990 from University of Balochistan and later also started contributing for monthly Newsline Karachi and International News Agency AFP. He remained associated for few years with another monthly Magazine Herald Karachi. In 2007, he switched over to electronic media by joining News One and later joined Samaa TV as Bureau Chief Quetta (When it was launched), during his a yearly long association, he became the first Pakistani Journalist who interviewed Abdul Malik Regi, a high profiled personality, the leader of anti-Iranian militant group Jundullah who was later captured and hanged in Iran.
