As the audience talked about the cast of the Netflix show The Crown, Dominic West, who plays Prince Philip, said that he has gotten “worse criticism.”

During an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the star of “The Affair” was told that fans of the show have been complaining about West’s choice to play the new king.

“They’ve been saying that you’re too handsome to play Prince Charles, and I think that’s true,” Kimmel joked with West.

“Well, thank you very much.” “I’ve had worse criticism,” West said with a grin, while Kimmel added, “You’re more charming than Charles.”
