Talking about being judged by others, Asma Abbas Gill said, “Well, I have often seen you guys saying, ‘Oh see her, how is she looking, don’t you remember your grave?’ Even many will judge my way of sitting and offering prayers right now. I would like to say that religion is a personal matter of a person. Why do I tell you about my relationship with Allah? Why do I tell you that I offer prayers or not? It is between me and Allah, you won’t come with me to my grave, it will be very small, and you can’t enter there with me, you better think about your grave. Allah is not paying heed to your hateful comments about us.”

She also added that “Allah has to look after his creation. He knows to forgive his creation, he has saved me from various diseases, and Allah has accepted the prayers of others for me despite your hateful comments. He has given me a lot. Also, Allah doesn’t judge others but others do judge people. My Allah has saved me from cancer because he is more forgiving towards me, maybe he is happy with me. Allah is here to take note of our good and bad deeds. Also, I don’t like people’s comments regarding others’ divorces, who are you to talk about others”.
