Recently, India took a petty approach by blocking the Instagram accounts of Pakistani stars within the country. They also removed Pakistani actors from the posters of their Bollywood films—Mawra Hocane from “Sanam Teri Kasam”, Mahira Khan from “Raees”, and Fawad Khan from “Kapoor & Sons”.

Sana Nawaz has shared her opinion on the recent tensions between the two countries. While many people insist that Pakistanis should never work in Bollywood again, Sana disagrees and offers a different perspective. She said that “artists are ambassadors of peace. There are no boundaries for artists; they spread love, and this is what she believes in. She added that she has seen actors getting bashed for not commenting on the Indo-Pak standoff. Actors get bashed if they speak up, and they will get criticized even if they remain silent.”
