India beats West Indies in first T20 match of the series.

India beats West Indies by four wickets. The match was played at Florida, USA.

Keiron Pollard played the highest scorer inning for the West Indian side by scoring 49 runs. Meanwhile Navdeep Saini took three wickets for India.

According to the details, India won the toss and choose to field. In the first innings West Indies scored 95 runs for nine wickets.

India chased the target with four wickets remaining. Rohit Sharma remained the highest scorer for India with 29 runs.

This series would help both teams in their preparation for the upcoming T20 world cup in 2020.

The match was played at Loader Hill Florida.

Previously, India was beaten by New Zealand in World Cup 19’ semifinal played at Old Trafford,

India was termed as the favorites for the trophy winning side, but a scintillating performance by New Zealand shocked the cricket fans all around the world.
