Cricket stars have come out to help the earthquake affectees after the strong earthquake of 5.8 magnitude has brought disasters to different parts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK).
The national cricket stars also appealed nation to come forward to help the victims and they also reiterated their commitment to perform their role.
All-rounder Mohammad Hafeez paid condolences to the families affected by the earthquake.

All-rounder Shadab Khan announced to donate the match fee of the series against Sri Lanka to the earthquake families.

Former captain Rameez Raja, while recalling the 2005 earthquake, said that once again the earthquake had shattered the peace of life.

The strong earthquake of 5.8 magnitude on Tuesday has brought disasters to different parts of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) which claimed at least 22 lives and more than 300 left injured so far.
The quake hit some urban and rural parts of the AJK including Muzaffarabad, Kotli and many other scattered places.
The death toll rises to 22 in the affected areas primarily Mirpur and Jatlan of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir which was previously stood at 2 after the emergence of initial reports.
