
Former captain of the national cricket team Misbah-ul-Haq has been appointed head coach and chief selector of the Pakistan team.
According to details, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has appointed Pakistan’s one of the most successful captain Misbah-ul-Haq as the three-year head coach and chief selector.
Misbah-ul-Haq replaced Mikey Arthur, who retired from the national team’s head coach position last month.
On the occasion, journalists questioned The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chief executive Wasim Khan about Misbah-ul-Haq’s salary and privileges.
Chief executive Wasim Khan and Misbah-ul-Haq gave a very interesting answer regarding salary.
Wasim Khan said that whatever position Misbah holds, will give him full respect and responsibility, salary is a secret while Misbah-ul-Haq responded with a quick smile, and said “FBR”.
PCB was paying Former head coach Mikey Arthur $20,000 per monthly which is approximately Rs 32 lakh Pakistani rupees.
