In the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Emerging Cup semi-final, Pakistan has on Wednesday defeated India by 3 runs to qualify for the final.

According to the details, Pakistan won the toss and decided to bat first in the first semi-final World Cup in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

With a good start of 90 runs from the Pakistani openers, the team managed to make 267 for seven wickets in the stipulated 50 overs.

Pakistani batsmen Amir Yousuf 66, Saif Badar 47, Haider Ali 43 and captain Rohail Nazir 35 were the leading scorers.

From India, Shivam Dubey, Shivam Mavi took 2 wickets while Desai took one wicket.

In pursuit of 268 runs, the Indian team scored 264 for eight wickets despite the 76-run innings of Ranveer Singh in 50 overs.

Apart from Ranveer Singh, Indian skipper Sharth 47 and Arman Jaffer scored 46 runs.

Pakistan’s Mohammad Hassan and Saif Badar took two wickets each while Emad Butt and Umar Khan took one wicket each.
