Cricketer Abid Ali got another achievement in test match

Cricketer Abid Ali has made another achievement by scoring the second century of his career.

According to details,  the Cricketer Abid Ali scored a century in the second innings of the ongoing test match.

This is the second century of Abid Ali’s career.

Abid Ali has become the first Pakistani player to score two centuries in two test matches he played at the beginning of his career.

He was just seven runs away from making another century.

Shan Masood also neared his century today as Pakistan had taken the lead.

Both took Pakistan to 175 without any loss at lunch today.

Pakistan is leading the match now by 106 runs, with the final test in the two-match series.

Sri Lanka had scored 271 runs in the first innings.
Abid Ali and Shan Masood set a record-breaking stand for Pakistan after the match was resumed at 57-0.

Around seven players from Australia, India, West Indies, and New Zealand have gotten this achievement whereas the Indian player remained at the top by making centuries in the initial three test matches.

Former Indian Captain Muhammad Azharuddin has the honor of scoring centuries in the first three matches of his career. He had made centuries in consecutive three matches against England in 1984-85.

Given that Abid Ali has currently been selected as an opener for the series of two test matches against Sri Lanka.

He has been selected as an opener in place of Imam-ul-Haq.

It seems that he has started a journey towards a bright future by making two centuries.

It should be remembered that he has played his great innings in his debut test match that happened in Rawalpindi earlier by making 109 runs.

Before that, he had also made a century in his one-day debut match played against Australia.
