Pakistan and Sri Lankan will play their second match of the Test series in National Stadium, Karachi on Thursday.
According to details, cricketers are excited to play the final test, however, second test may become a chance to win.
The first match ended in draw, whereas, final will be opportunity to bag some ICC World Test Championship points.
Sri Lanka coach Mickey Arthur said opponent Pakistan holds a special place in his heart.
He said he’s happy to be back in the country where he coached for three years.
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) removed Arthur as national coach after the Cricket World Cup.
PCB gave Misbah-ul-Haq three responsibilities — head coach, chief selector, and batting coach.
“I was so happy that I could be back at the ground to witness Pakistan’s first game at home in 10 years,” Arthur said.
“That was very, very special to me because Pakistan holds a really special place in my heart and its great that boys have been outstanding.
Pakistan Captain Azhar Ali is eager to lead the historic match in Karachi.
“I can’t wait for the toss. The whole team is excited for the match,” Azhar said.
“Pakistan holds an excellent record of wins in National Stadium” said Azhar.
Moreover, It should be noted that Pakistan’s left arm spinner Usman Shinwari is likely to miss the second test as he is suffering with fever.
Chief Selector Misbah ul Haq said Usman is under treatment and may not play the second test.
However, Leg Spinner Yasir Shah will play the second match against Sri Lanka in Karachi’s National Stadium.
Kashif Bhatti is likely to be played in the second test.
Security forces have taken all measures to provide fool proof security.
