Former cricketer Nasir Jamshed’s decision on the spot-fixing case will be announced on February 7 by the British court.

Nasir Jamshed, accused of bribing a fellow player in a T20 match on which National Crime Agency investigated the matter and arrested three culprits including Nasir.

During the trial in Crown Court, Nasir Jamshed also confessed to the allegations against him.

He told the court that he had also encouraged fellow cricketers to fix the match.

Yusuf Anwar and Mohammad Ijaz, two detained men for match-fixing, also confessed to the charges against them during the trial and will also be sentenced along with Nasir on February 7.

Remember that Nasir Jamshed has already been given a ten-year ban by the PCB in the fixing scandal.

Earlier, National Crime Agency arrested British citizen Yusuf Anwar and Mohammed Ijaz two years ago in February.

They were being accused of spot-fixing including Jamshed in Bangladesh and Pakistan T20 cricket matches.

Jamshed has played two Tests, 48 ODI, and 18 T20I.
