PSL 2020-Qalandars to face Zalmis tonight

Peshawar Zalmi will battle against Lahore Qalandars tonight at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on the sixth day of Pakistan Super League 2020.

The match will commence at 7 pm tonight.

Lahore Qalandars is listed at the bottom of points’ table yet.

Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium has so far staged 10 Tests and 23 ODIs. The first international match here was an ODI between Pakistan and Sri Lanka which the hosts won by 117 runs.

Both venues are yet to stage a T20I; however they have played host to multiple National T20 tournaments.


Shane Watson expresses his delight to meet hero of cricket, PM Imran Khan

Former Australian all-rounder Shane Watson has expressed his delight after meeting Prime Minister of Pakistan, Imran Khan in Islamabad yesterday.

Shane Watson felt extremely special to meet the legend as PM Imran Khan, who is one of his cricketing heroes.

“This was incredibly special for me to meet and chat with one of my cricketing hero’s, the Great All-Rounder, Imran Khan.” Watson tweeted.

The renowned T20 cricketer is inspired by the life former fats bowler has lived on and off the field.

He also felt wonderful to hear from former West Indies captain Sir Vivian Richards and former Australian captain Greg Chappell.


“What an inspiring life he has lived on and off the cricket field!!! So amazing to hear Sir Viv, Greg Chappell and Imran relive the good old days,” he added.

PM Imran Khan met star cricketers and his old friends from the cricket world at PM House on Wednesday.

Moreover, PCB Director International Cricket Zakir Khan was also present on the occasion.

It must be noted here that Richards and Watson are a part of PSL’s franchise Quetta Gladiators while Chappell is on a tour of Pakistan to watch PSL matches.
