Pakistan’s Ahsan Raza and New Zealand’s Kim Cotton have been appointed the on-field captains for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup final.
According to the details, Ahsan Raza appointed umpire for Women’s T20 World Cup final.
It will played between Australia and India on Sunday at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
“Cotton will be joined on the field by Pakistan umpire Raza who, like his colleague, is standing in the Final for the very first time,” a statement released by the International Cricket Council (ICC) said.
Meanwhile, the Pakistan Cricket Board congratulated Ahsan Raza for the honour.

Ahsan, a former first-class cricketer who took up umpiring after his playing career.
The ill-fated Test series of 2009 between Sri Lanka and Pakistan was his first as an international reserve official.
Moreover, he shot twice in the infamous terrorist attack.
